We're still setting up the bug reporting system. In the meantime, please report bugs to us by sending a mail to bugsgermanium3d.com, or by using the Contact page.

Please include this information in your report:

1. What you expected to see.
2. What you did see.
3. Steps to reproduce your problem.

Other useful information:

1. Which API and plugin version you were using.
2. Operating system, e.g. "Windows XP SP2".
3. Web browser, e.g. "IE 7".
4. Video card - To find out, right click on the Desktop > Properties > Settings. Your card will be listed under 'Display'.
5. A screenshot, if the bug is visual in nature.
